The PHIG Views, Outcomes, Impacts, Challenges, and Experiences Survey (VOICES) is an important data collection tool for the National Evaluation Team (NET) to inform evaluation findings on the impact of PHIG. Recipient Survey Coordinators received a link to the web-based survey from PHIGEval@norc.org on Monday, May 11. The survey remains open until Monday, June 22.
