The PHIG National Evaluation Team invites recipients to respond to the PHIG Views, Outcomes, Impacts, Challenges, and Experiences Survey (VOICES). Recipient Survey Coordinators received a link to the web-based survey from PHIGEval@norc.org on Monday, May 11. The survey remains open until Monday, June 22.
Recipients can review the PHIG VOICES FAQs to learn more and reach out to PHIGeval@norc.org with any questions.
