PHIG national partners can develop new tools or share existing tools in response to TA requests. Tools and model materials can include toolkits, templates, resources, and implementation guides.

National partners can facilitate peer-to-peer conversations on successes and challenges. We can also share evidence-informed practices that PHIG recipients are using in their work. PHIG national partners can connect recipients directly based on similar characteristics or areas of work for peer-to-peer collaboration. National partners can query across recipients to collect resources and share approaches to an identified challenge.

PHIG partners can design and conduct assessments to identify problems and highlight priorities. National partners can also assist recipients in interpreting assessment and survey results.

PHIG partners offer guidance via phone calls, meetings, or email on a variety of questions. Topical examples include supporting decision-making processes, program development, program evaluation or measurement, and recommending staffing solutions.

National partners can provide trainings, both virtually or in-person, to fulfill TA requests. The PHIG national partners can provide training across all TA topic areas. Examples include:

• Interactive workshops and skill-building session
• Didactic sessions to share knowledge, such as webinars or asynchronous training modules
• Microlearnings, which are bite-sized trainings with just the right amount of information to help learners advance their work.

For longer-term TA requests, a site visit may be appropriate to facilitate a convening or deliver a training. PHIG national partners are available to travel to support your goals.

National partners can review proposed legislation or conduct a scan of legislation and policies across communities that received funding.
