In response to requests from the field, the national FPHS Capacity and Cost Assessment Tool was updated to capture Community Specific Services by Foundational Area. This allows users to capture a more detailed breakdown of capacity and cost as it relates to Community Specific Services (ex., Immunizations). A “What’s Next” Tip Sheet that provides guidance for how to use Capacity and Cost Assessment data has also been released.
