Session Summary

The goal of this session is for participants to walk away with increased understanding of resources and approaches that can be leveraged and adapted to support public health system transformation efforts. Presenters share a summary of current state-wide system transformation efforts, including a deeper dive into Illinois’ transformation process. A Blueprint for Public Health System Transformation that guides users through the phases of system transformation will also be shared.
