Session Summary

Accreditation provided an opportunity for the Chicago and Sacramento health departments to build capacity and engage staff around core public health functions. In this session, they will share lessons learned and practical strategies used to lead their departments through the accreditation process, with a focus on peer-to-peer learning and shared insights. PHAB will also introduce a new project management tool designed to help organize and streamline accreditation efforts.
