PH-HERO

The Public Health – Hope, Equity, Resilience, and Opportunity (PH-HERO) Learning Community helps agencies address workforce burnout, improve morale and organizational resiliency, and build a culture of well-being within public health agencies. The foundation of PH-HERO is based on the best available evidence for designing thriving workplaces using a trauma-informed approach and equity framework. The pilot period included five states and is expanding to include eight additional sites by Fall 2023.
