About the Event

This training series aims to strengthen the capacity of public health professionals at governmental health departments to engage effectively in policy. Led by the Louisiana Public Health Institute (LPHI), this training is tailored for local and city/county health department staff who want to build skills in engaging in policy work for public health priorities within their jurisdictions and in alignment with state-level policy efforts. The series features two interactive webinars, utilizing case studies, peer learning, and applied practice to drive participants’ capacity building.

  • Resources to support continued learning and application.
