To help PHIG recipients (in Region IV) confront current funding realities and practice making informed, strategic decisions that support sustainability, especially in workforce-related programs, under constrained and shifting conditions.

Session Objectives:

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  1. Recognize how shifts in federal funding priorities impact PHIG-funded workforce sustainability.
  2. Engage in scenario-based conversations that mirror the tough, real-world decisions public health agencies are facing.
