Join us for an enlightening conversation with the Hawai’i Community Health Worker Association on their unique history and experience in forming a statewide CHW Association through assistance from the Hawai’i Public Health Institute. Our panelists will discuss the ways in which CHWs in Hawai’i have contributed to client care and bring a better understanding of community conditions for care providers. Panelists will also discuss the importance of diversity and depth of lived experience within the CHW population.
