2024 Annual PHIG Reverse Site Visit

The Annual PHIG Reverse Site Visit will be held in San Diego on May 7-9, This event is an opportunity for PHIG health department recipients to connect with each other, the CDC PHIG team, and PHIG National Partners. Attendees can expect informative sessions and workshops, with ample time for networking and collaboration.

Because space is limited, each health department is asked to register a maximum of four individuals for the in-person event (some hybrid sessions will be available). We strongly encourage health departments to have the following roles in attendance:

• Principal Investigator (PI)
• Workforce Director
• Evaluator
• DMI Director

Each PHIG health department should have received a link to register in early January. If you occupy one of these roles and did not receive a registration email, please contact your CDC Project Officer.

Additionally, PHIG National Partners and CDC will host an invite-only Data Modernization Initiative (DMI) Workshop on May 6, 2024 for DMI directors from the A3 Data Modernization recipients. This workshop will be held in the same venue as the Reverse Site Visit. If you occupy this role and did not receive an email about the DMI workshop, please contact your CDC Project Officer.
