The Accreditation Project Management Tool has been updated with three new, fully customizable tabs to support stronger planning and coordination. The Budget Tracker and Staffing Plan help departments estimate resource needs, calculate personnel costs, and add as much or as little detail as is helpful. A new Budget Overview tab provides an at-a-glance summary of total costs and spending categories, automatically populated from the other tabs.
