This workshop led by NACCHO will focus on how to mobilize stakeholders to tackle adaptive work through a deeper understanding how humans respond to and process change, the causes and symptoms of resistance, and developing a more empathetic view of the values, loyalties, and losses that pull people towards or push people away from adaptive work.
