Building on a 2022 Centers for Disease Control and Prevention-funded study on Vital Records and Health Statistics (VRHS) Accreditation, PHAB and the National Association for Public Health Statistics and Information Systems (NAPHSIS) conducted an evaluation of the facilitators of and barriers to VRHS Accreditation. The findings offer timely insights to guide PHAB and NAPHSIS in strengthening support for and promoting VRHS Accreditation, especially important in today’s resource-limited environment.
