This course is for people who help facilitate QI projects at health departments and includes an online toolkit. The toolkit was created by the Rocky Mountain Public Health Training Center in collaboration with Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment’s Office of Partnership, Planning and Improvement and the Colorado Association for Local Public Health Officials, and is a useful resource for health departments in other states.
