This open Technical Assistance (TA) session, led by program staff from the PHI Center for Health Leadership and Impact, will explore project management common pitfalls that can arise as projects progress. Participants will work through scenario-based questions and are encouraged to bring their own challenges for group discussion and problem-solving.
