This training will provide attendees with introductory project management skills including practical guiding questions and take-home tools. During this event, PHI Center for Health Leadership and Impact program staff will walk through the essential questions to ask yourself at the outset of any project and a templated project management tool. Then during the workshop portion of the event, they will apply these skills using a mock grant writing scenario.
