This toolkit was developed to help organizations create and implement effective student pathways into public health careers and is designed to reduce the burden on individual organizations developing new pathway programs, support preceptors mentoring students, support the evaluation and improvement of existing initiatives, and ultimately contribute to a stronger, more resilient local public health workforce.
