DESCRIPTION:The Essentials of Leadership and Management (ELM) Power Hour PLUS: Expand Your Impact series equips public health leaders with the strategic insights\, practical tools\, and real-world strategies needed to lead with confidence and drive meaningful change. Building upon the success of the traditional 60-minute Power Hour format\, Power Hour PLUS expands each session to 75 minutes\, creating additional time for deeper exploration of leadership concepts\, meaningful discussion\, practical application\, and peer-to-peer engagement. \nDescription: In this session\, you will explore the key behaviors and practices that foster trust in the workplace and strengthen relationships across teams. Drawing on leading trust-building frameworks and practical strategies\, participants will learn how credibility\, reliability\, transparency\, and accountability contribute to a high-trust culture. \nUpon successful completion of this workshop\, participants will be able to: \n\nRecognize signs of stress and trust erosion in teams.\nUse emotionally intelligent responses to support steadiness under pressure.\nIdentify behaviors that strengthen psychological safety across workplace settings.\nCreate a practical trust-building commitment for use with their team.\n\nSpeaker: Tim Rosselet\, Manager\, Digital Learning Design\, ASTHO \nRegistration for Session 3 will close on Tuesday\, November 3\, 2026.
