SUMMARY:Foundational Public Health Capabilities ECHO Series: Session 4
DESCRIPTION:The Michigan Public Health Institute (MPHI)\, in partnership with the National Network of Public Health Institutes (NNPHI)\, is hosting a four-part\, virtual ECHO series focused on the Public Health Accreditation Board (PHAB) Foundational Public Health Capabilities (FPHC). This initiative\, supported through the Public Health Infrastructure Grant (PHIG)\, is designed to help PHIG recipients integrate the eight FPHC into their practice\, driving transformation across public health systems and services. By strengthening these foundational capabilities\, the series aims to build sustainable infrastructure that addresses health disparities and promotes effectiveness in public health delivery. \nThere are four sessions for this ECHO series. This session will focus on Accountability & Performance Management and Support & Organizational Capacity – understanding how to embed accountability and performance management into your organization while building the workforce\, leadership\, and infrastructure needed to deliver foundational services effectively. \nAll session dates are below: \n\nJan 28\, 3-4:30pm ET\nFeb 25\, 3-4:30pm ET\nApril 1\, 3-4:30pm ET\nApril 29\, 3-4:30pm ET
